Out-of-the-box safari sales platform

Built for the complexity of safari sales.

An African safari is expensive, complex and often a once-in-a-lifetime purchase. Travelers are not only comparing itineraries or prices.

They are choosing which operator they trust to understand them, manage concerns and guide them through a decision that can involve thousands of dollars and months of planning.

So competition is not the only obstacle to winning that booking. The work required to sell a safari is demanding too.

Operators are qualifying enquiries, checking rates, researching properties, following up and piecing together information scattered across the business.

Every hour spent on that work is time taken from understanding the traveler, building the relationship and applying the expertise that gets the operator the booking.

Hi. My wife and I are thinking about doing a safari next year. We’ve already done quite a bit of research.
Hi. Have you narrowed it down to any particular countries, or are you still comparing different parts of Africa?
We’ve mostly been looking at Kenya and Tanzania. Botswana also looks interesting, but I’m not sure it fits our budget.
Before narrowing it down, what matters most to the two of you: wildlife, privacy, scenery, comfort, fewer transfers, or a mix?
Wildlife is the priority. Big cats, elephants and the migration if possible. But I don’t want to spend half the trip driving between camps.
The migration can be part of the plan, although river crossings and animal movements can’t be guaranteed. Are you mainly hoping to see a crossing, or would large herds and strong predator activity still make the trip worthwhile?
A crossing would be amazing, but I wouldn’t want the whole trip to feel disappointing if we missed one.
Then the trip shouldn’t depend on that one moment. The travel period and the areas included can improve the chances, but the overall safari still needs to work without a crossing. Are your dates flexible, or do you already have a month in mind?
We’re flexible between mid-July and the end of August 2027. Would you recommend the northern Serengeti or the Maasai Mara?

Wandar is an integrated sales platform for safari operators. Its Sales Agent engages website and WhatsApp prospects 24/7, asks discovery questions, answers guidance questions using your approved safari knowledge, gathers key trip details and keeps conversations moving until human expertise and judgment are needed.

Wandar also surfaces active safari-planning conversations, tracks relevant social mentions, helps your team manage sales activity and next steps, and lets them find answers across rates, itineraries, camp details, quotes and booking history.

Safari demand is easy to miss, and interested travelers can lose momentum when they are sent to a static enquiry form or left waiting on WhatsApp. Wandar surfaces relevant demand, engages website and WhatsApp prospects while their interest is active and keeps sales conversations moving.

It also shows teams what needs action, brings in a safari expert when human judgment is required and helps them find answers quickly across rates, itineraries, camp details, quotes and booking history. Together, this helps operators reach more travelers, run stronger sales conversations and keep more promising enquiries moving toward a booking.

No. It handles the repeatable parts of early-stage sales 24/7 by engaging prospects, asking discovery questions, answering guidance questions using your approved safari knowledge, addressing common concerns and helping travelers understand the value of your safari offering.

It gathers key trip details, keeps conversations moving and brings in your team whenever a traveler needs recommendations, itinerary design, pricing or other input that requires human expertise and judgment.

The Sales Agent works from the safari information you approve, including your website, itineraries, rates, camp and lodge details, policies and sales materials. It uses that information to answer guidance questions, explain your offering and address common traveler concerns.

When it cannot answer confidently or the traveler needs human expertise and judgment, it brings in your team with the conversation context already captured.

Demand Discovery surfaces relevant safari-planning conversations across Reddit, Tripadvisor Forums and Facebook Groups. Social Mentions separately tracks keywords related to the destinations, experiences and traveler interests you serve across X, Instagram and TikTok.

Wandar brings the sales activity it supports into one workspace. Your team can see surfaced demand, social mentions, Sales Agent conversations, what has already been handled, where human input is needed and what should happen next.

It does not replace specialist booking, live availability or itinerary-design systems.

The onboarding takes a matter of minutes. Add your website and upload the files Wandar should work from. We then configure the platform and deploy your Sales Agent across your website and WhatsApp, with your full sales platform ready within hours.

Yes. Wandar is purpose-built for African safari operators and the realities of selling complex, high-value safari trips. It is designed around website and WhatsApp enquiries, detailed rates and itineraries, camp and lodge information, long buying decisions and the importance of human safari expertise.

It is not a generic CRM, chatbot or social-listening platform adapted for safari businesses.
